You are so welcome. Look also for the other games that are mentioned in the Ask and it is Given book, I think they have them explained as well. I love using the LOA and learning a little more every day it is like a passion to me :)

Brad yates has his own creative way of doing the tapping, the products are audio telesenimars, where people talk about what feelings/problems come up with a certain subject in mind and then he taps on them.
He is on youtube with Free Tapping videos :)

- Hey Veronike! Hows things going. I reccomend Brad Yates stuff for EFT, his great at what he does, they call him the EFT wizard. I have got his product Love beyond Belief, and I have to say, I have deffiently been releasing blocks to love. Before I started tapping I was not going on any dates what so ever!.... and now, after been doing tapping everyday for 4 weeks so far, I am getting dates left, right and center! :)
EFT WORKS!

Yeah I am good thank you, I have not beening doing it as intense, as when I first started, but I have still been meditating once a day. But what I have done up to this point has helped me be more positive in general. And I really do believe in the Law of Attraction. I have moved on to more practical ways of releasing energy blocks to things I want, aswell as negative emotion and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is deffo one of those things that can help. I reccomend you look into it :) You can download a free ebook on the Basics on the main site http://www.emofree.com/
It's quite amazing when the negative emotion you get from a negative past experience, it no longer there when you think about it :)
