- I am in the wind of change and am so looking forward to the flight.
I have always known the secret in spurts and mostly only realizing it after the manifestation. I have been sidelined too easy though so no more!
I am mother of 2 awesome young adults and the acting/ fill in mom of a few others who wander in and fill my heart with joy.
I like the out doors! Mostly secluded places and simple pleasures. I am not really enthusiastic about large crowds unless it's an awesome event like concerts like Trans Siberian Orchestra or in the old days(ha) I attended EVERY World Series of Rock concert in Cleveland.
I prefer to head down to the areas where I can get certain herbs and healing supplies.I am into holistic and alternative meds. Though I let a Doctor see me regularly I am open to new/old options.
I am recently into photography, interior and exterior design, and creative outlets. I love to decorate and organize others places as well as my own. I like to make things become other things.

I'm all ears. To not forget , on 4th of July there is a rally in Washinton, I found out about it from this man that was doing this research on the huge trains lined outside in major city waiting for... and of course about the FEMA coffins and the cemeteries built at night. And at the end of the video he says about organizing this rally. I am not in America, I would love to go. I spoke with Wendy si is thinking of going. And maybe Nicole.

Ok, put up the weekly tips again. I realized yet again, that those that don't have youtube account, can't see it in link above, so I reposted.....

1 Hour of exercise everyday for 5 out of 7 days.

Get plenty of rest. Find friends to work out with.

Incorporating practices is so important for me... especially when no results are showing.. This stuff takes alot of practice and you dont just internalize it right away... you can intellectually understand it but internalizing how powerful these p...
