Day 23

As of today, I am no longer living in, at times overfeeding, battling with, frustrated by, grieving the aging of, struggling to cope with my body. I now CHOOSE, better! I ACCEPT my body as my TEMPLE. This term, while I've heard it before, has come into my awareness several times this last weekend, and I AM LISTENING!!!

Catch-up

I am back from 10 days "vacation", which was really a lovely road trip in a state that my husband and I are considering moving to. I was not far into the 100 days and was concerned that I might lose focus. But life happens all the time to us, and we are committed or not. In this situation, could I manage to keep working on my roles and goals somehow?

Day 22- whew!

Lots cooking on the BODY front today -- all milestones, though. Things that I have been waiting to come to fruition for weeks...

Today I finally say my physical therapist to get the overall program she wants me to start, which requires I devote a few hours a day to my physical well-being. This includes awareness and getting my head in the right place, which is why this 100 day challenge and the fact that we can blog is so helpful.

Going away til Halloween!

Well, I am still jamming on homework but am getting it done by the skin of my chinny chin chin. I will be gone from Tuesday til October 30 late night, so I may not be able to blog from the road. I will be keeping intentions in mind for me and for all of you who are in this community.

Yesterday I did mostly homework, then took a break and got in a nice long walk in nature at sunset. So I got a hit of that which calms me and got in some exercise at the same time.

to put my first blog posts up and get comments -- ideas, encouragement! THANK YOU!

Well, yesterday I DID rest awhile, then I somehow got about 70 % of my work done, which was a huge chunk, though I did eat rice crackers (carbs) and yoghurt covered rasins (sugar) all the way through it. At least it wasn't chocolate and potato chips. In the words of John Lennon, "Whatever gets you through the night, it's alright, it's alright!"

To answer your question about the placemat-process; you take a sheet of paper and devide it in two sections (right and left) Esther Hicks used a placemat in a restaurant the firt time, that is why it is called the placemat-process. In the left site you write 'Things for me to take care of (today)' and on the right site you write 'Things for the Universe to take care of'. You can use it as a daily to-do list but also as a helpful tool in the manifestation of your goals and intentions. (read my first blog).
