Day 2- Getting a Cold
So Today is the second day of the challenge for me, and the first day for me I kinda had a little spring in my step because of reading everyones positive comments. But now today I wake up with a sore throat and a stuffy nose. Its always hard to be happy go lucky when you ache all over. I just hope feeling so sick isnt a step backwards. But im gonna try my best and keep the challenge in the back of my mind and keep on going strong.

Starting Out
So this is my first time starting this challenge and I have heard about it from some other people that I know and they seem to have great results with it. The only thing that worries me is that Im worried that with anything, it will get harder before it gets any easier. I want to become a better over all person and be the person that I know I can be.
