- My intent is to re-affirm my intent, daily, through the100 day challenge. My intent is to continually, throughout the moments of each day, gently bring my mind back to this question: am I practicing yoga right now? (Yoga is a metaphor that sums a lot up for me: am I hurting myself, others? Am i balanced? Am i tuned in, aware? Am i thinking and not just reacting?) Instead of categorically listing all the things about me I want to change/eliminate/forget above/get over/erase/etc., my intent is to be curiously open to how things will manifest by keepin' it simple and being receptive to the Divine, the Universe...Ultimately, I hope to cultivate internal and external bliss, abundance, fulfillment, and love, while finding and, paradoxically stimultaneously, traveling on, my "path".... :)

Yes I did but I left out the last exercise, would have taken long to watch it :p but today these exercises were really really difficult, I felt some pain in my arms haha

Decluttering is great, I did a load last season and it felt fantastic, I got rid of a heap of stuff at the recycle and I got my study all organised, still have lots to do, reading your post has inspired me!!! much love XXXTaraxxx
