I forgive..........this is one of the ways I forgive.
I forgive others by picturing their inner child, reaching out and giving them a warm hug and telling them that everything will be ok.........I also tell myself that I attracted that particular person into my life and I take responsibility for that, I forgive myself and ask what is the blessing, what can I findout about myself from this person, because essentially they are only the messenger, mirroring behaviour or traits that are based on beliefs I have about myself.

Inspired By Walking Group
I joined the group last week because I needed a set exercise regime and thought by joining the Heart Foundation Walking Group in my Community, it would inspire me to commit to at least a couple hourly walks per week........and it has!!!

Inspired by Pilates......
Well......I tried pilates for the very first time and I have woken up invigorated and with a new found energy!!! I have to admit, I was telling my sister in laws that I wasn't looking forward to the class as I am a little overweight and knew that I would struggle with some of the moves.......But,......even though I struggled through it...........I feel absolutely Wonderful this morning!!!!
