i really enjoyed reading THE SECRET-it's changed my life and the way i see and deal with things -i've ordered the dvd-can't wait to see it. i'm also reading a book by Hicks-Abraham-i'm also finding it inspiring

Yes, Sedona Method and Hopoono are two examples of releasing technique. We are blessed with many at this time. Yet, to effectively heal the painbody, more than techniques are required. Skill in working thru ego-resistance and fear is highly advantageous.
