If you really want to publish I recommend that you write as often as possible, then get together with a writer's group or a critque group. There are even on-line critique groups! That way your work will be polished and ready to submit for publication.

I am newly married and have my own successful online business. I would like to see what I can create for myself in the next 100 days in regards to my marriage, career and health.

I've been a member for awhile but never really started my 100 day challenge so as I write this I feel newly inspired to actually start now.
