- My life is forever expanding into the universe. My days are filled with letting go of the stress yet holding onto the pressure, somehow, which keeps me motivated. My life is full of expectations to love the space I am in with attraction to moving onto amazing experiences. Joy is inventing a colorful & delicious dish for at least two people to enjoy. - My best welcomes to you, Richard! I think the easiest goal we can all set for ourselves- in every season- is to come out a little further along than we were before we started.
The greatest thing you can ever hold is the love you have for those around you. Even if the world wants to spite you, your willingness to help them succeed ultimately helps you succeed. Results can come as quietly as a pin hitting the floor, but you'll know they've come when you reflect on the last week and realize you've grown much more than you gave yourself credit for!

Bravo, navigating through fear is perhaps a person's greatest gift to themselves to learn. So very much can be achieved when fear is out and peace and love are part of the physical and the self perception.
