faith alive said… - you put 100 dollars in your wallet and you spend it everyday on stuff that you want..... not literally spend it, but mentally spend it..... once you feel comfie spending the 100 you increase it..... if you don't have 100 to just leave in your wallet, keep a blank check in there and know you can write it at anytime.... get their book (it has a great cd with it) "money and hte law of attraction"

i really found it to be extremely helpful with money and many other things.... also, i have recently been reading "loving what is" by Byron Katie..... I really find this one helpful too.... both are good mental/spiritual chiropractic aides:)... blessings, faith
