I'm loving these intentions. They keep my mind on positive things and give me a reason to smile through my day.
Wonderful, abundant closure!! Woohoo!
The weight is dropping off me, I'm loving it! Got my eye on a new pair of jeans and I'll feel so great in them!
My new book is coming along really well. I can just see it on the shelf at Borders... woohoo!!

Season 1 Day 1 Thursday 15.1.09
Day 1 has arrived right on schedule and I feel very good about starting this journey. Here are my Intentions:
I am excited about being fit and healthy: loving low gi, low fat foods, 10 kilo's lighter and active in fun ways 4 times a week.
I am excited about having glorious, bountiful, abundant closure!
These are my primary intentions, and I will focus my attentions on them for the next 100 days. I have other intentions, but these are the ones i wish to put out there this first season.… Continue
