- Hi my name is Paul I have been somewhat successful in my career up to this point. The company I worked for and who really looked after me went bankrupt so now I have to prove to myself that I can start up a successful business on my own. Im currently in another job which I find quite boring and isnt challenging so I want to get tp a point where I can give this job up and run my own business fulltime.
I love playing and watching football and working out, although I have worked out that much recently as part of my 100 day challenge Im going to work out a min of 4 times a week.
Great to be onboard and hope everyone gets what they want out of the 100day challenge.

- 1. To have £20,000 saved in my bank by the end of the 100
day challenge.
2. To grow my business to a point where clients are contacting me with major contracts and I have to give up my present job.
3. To Meditate daily for 30 mins then up to 1 hour daily.
4. To get my body fat content down to 17%
5. To workout a miniumn of 4 times weekly.
6. To help my friends who are currently unemployed due to
downturn. Help them find employment and retraining.And
to be there for them when needed.
7. To teach my daughter the LOA.
8. To take my father to see his favourite football team.
9. To take my daughter to see her favourite football team.
10. To feel happy daily and clear my mind of any negative thoughts.

Look what is happening in Honduras. Obama said that they are supporting President Miguel Celaya but He is giving money to the army in Honduras. They are cheating everyone because they don't want the Latin American countries get together.
