Turbo Jam? It is a fitness routine. It looks like it is a great workout and probably some fun. If you have used it and loved it or hated it... please let me know if I should invest!! THanks

I love it that you are writing a book - I am working on a story myself!! I had some great inspiration - just this morning!
I guess I must have been asking with that because I really did get some answers this morning....
I also gave up chocolate chips and cheese 8 days ago - this helped me loose 3 pounds - and I am not done yet - besides I feel better - I really was a chocoholic, chipsoholic and cheesoholic - not any more - I weigh about 215 pound and need to get down to atleast 180.....
Oh and yes - by the way gr8ful4all is a very nice lady - I met her on CCOR too - check her out - she is really a loving and wonderful and wise person - see her website.
