Ok, put up the weekly tips again. I realized yet again, that those that don't have youtube account, can't see it in link above, so I reposted.....
week one
1 Hour of exercise everyday for 5 out of 7 days.
week two
Get plenty of rest. Find friends to work out with.
week three
Do at least 3 sessions of workout in your home. (Not gym, etc)
