Day 2 part b
I have decided as i feel abit lost, i am going to set a goal/intention for every day.
Tomorrow my intention is to have motivation and energy, only eat the right foods i have set out , and have positive control over my girl.

Day 2 Season 1
I had a lovely day today, met some lovely people and saw some of my lovely friends. The sun was shining and ella and i played football together outside. I am eating very healthily too, after reading patrick holford'optimimum nutrition' and realise its a good way to go and i have been very strong. I felt like i handled situations that came up during the day quite well.

Day one Season one
Well, woke up late and really behind in things, was upset and annoyed at myself as i had planned this day for ages. But then i put it in perspective and thought im not going to let the day continue like this and it was a pretty ok day in the end, i have started to watch what i eat as i want to lose 30lbs and i feel good on that point. Have my four year old looking for my attention now so have to go, will be back. niamh
