Hey Guys
My first and ongoing goal for this season is to get fit and into shape.
Going by my previous attempts at fitness, it requires a lot of structure to keep focused and on track. Therefore I’m going to create an exercise schedule with activities I need to perform each day, and I’m going to keep a food diary of everything I eat for the first week. I’m getting a cross-trainer delivered on Wednesday, so hopefully that will help spur me on :)
