Thank you for your kind comment on my blog. My "Good for Me" section has been really helpful- sort of hard at the beginning, but the difficulty actually made me think I was really on the right track!! Wish you ALL the best on your next 100 days! Cheers.

About Me:
I am enjoying the rapid rate of evolution lately. I look forward to creating a miraculous 100 Days for myself. It is the time to break through barriers and free oneself of the past in all it's glory. ;)
Here's to Love, Health, Peace of Mind, Joy, Inspiration, Creation and the pursuit of Balance.
Season:
Season 2
Starting Date:
January 15, 2009
Intentions & Goals:
My Intentions For this 100 Days:

1. Let go of the many foods and stimulus that keep me from feeling my best- including: eggs, caffeine, sugar, gluten, alcohol.

2. Release the clutter in my home bringing about clarity, peace of mind, creative abilities and cohesiveness. As well- finish all of the minor repairs needed.

3. Exercise regularly and daily. Walk, yoga, dancing, biking, hiking, etc.

4. Become clear about what direction to take my massage practice. Develop my skills by taking continuing education, continue to learn more about running my business and attract the clientele I wish to serve.

5. Be Joyous. Listen to more music! Breathe! Laugh! Enjoy myself and my family! Have fun! Dance with wild abandon, howl at the moon, get in touch with that part of me that isn't afraid to let it all hang out! In a positive way :)

6. Develop rituals that help me and my family to feel more connected to God/Source/Creator- acknowledging that presence in my life. And be able to feel comfortable with my version of the story.

7.Attract like-minded individuals. Attend a local Abraham Inspiration Group meeting this January or February. Seek out those I have connected with before for support on this Journey.

8. Be PRESENT for my children and my husband. Set aside time for me to do things I want, time for myself. And practice being fully present for them the rest of the time. Make dates with my 12 yr. daughter and dates with my husband -so we each ahve quality time together. Get my son off of the Telly! Interact and set a schedule of activities for the days we are together. Get him more involved in my housekeeping chores. Get out of the house and move with him! (the only time he sits still is when the tv is on. And I cannot let the tv act as a babysitter! I am not okay with it!)

9. Be creative! Make use of all of the art supplies hiding in boxes and cupboards! Family Art night will become a regular activity in our home!

10. Write more. This is something I have let go, like so many others. Make it a habit to write daily, including letters to family and friends I seem to have lost touch with. It is freeing and a wonderful way to communicate and far more personal than email.

11. Practice stress relieving techniques- meditation, EFT, Breath work, journaling. Release before it becomes an issue. Feel my emotions and let them go, making room for abundant peace, joy, love and positive vibrations!

12. Learn more about suburban gardening. Plant my own successful, abundantly producing garden this summer. Start seeds this 100 days, plan it, build my raised beds, and work soil.

13. Join a CSA farm and a co-op for other goods.

With that being stated- here's to a wonderful 99 more days!
Practices:
Vision Board, Blogging, Journaling, Gratitude Journal, Reading, Fitness, Meditation, Affirmations, Creating intentions, Take 100% responsibility for my life

Good for Me

I have been successful at releasing objects and belongings from my home. At least 5 per day. Sometimes more. It feels calmer, is easier to breathe.
I am continuing to release more all of the time.
I am reading A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. I am loving it. Really becoming aware of a lot about myself. I am learning to...let go of more. Remember more. My expectations have changed, become simpler.
I have been writing lots more. A lot of it has been in cyber fashion and I am okay with that. As well,… Continue

Day2 Season2

So, I began the 1st day-yesterday- as I presume many others did. My intentions were to 1. Post my Intentions for this 100 days. The first being a radical change in diet. I did begin, went shopping for many new food items, avoided the old ones (caffeine, sugar, gluten and eggs, alcohol and all other stimulus). It went well- except that I had a migraine the whole day. And today, being a new day, should prove to be more exciting. I tell you- I did not think my body would feel so sluggish right off.… Continue

3 more days!

It is exciting......waiting to begin my 100 days of deliberate creation. Funny thing is I am creating every moment, as we all are. I guess the missing pieces include the daily practices that help to keep us on track. Clear intent requires a lot more presence than one might think. I find myself needing to DO less and BE more. Otherwise I lose sight of what it was my initial goals or desires really were for the moment, day or 100 days. I am in the process of narrowing down or possibly expanding up… Continue

NOW

With sincere intention I am beginning- for real this time- my second season. I have been a non-participant for this past year- just following along and being inspired by others. Now it is my desire to put forth some beautiful intentions myself. Here's to 2009 and a giant leap in humanity's consciousness. Peace and Light to all.

Congrats! Taking classes can be such a great experience in learning and retaining information. The benefits are far beyond the information you gain through the class.
