I see you're trying to quit smoking and I'm here to tell you that it is possible and easy. I, myself, was a smoker and I had my last cigarrette the 1st December 2007, through an hypnosis session. Have you tried that? If you need any info please advise, because I'm an hypnotherapist and maybe I can find someone who can help you there in Spain. All the best and trust yourself - it is possible and easier that you think!!

- I'm British but moved to southern Spain just over 4 years ago, with my husband 3 children and our dog! We set out for a new adventure and in search of a calmer, life away from the rat race and keeping up with the Jones' - it's been a struggle, at times, but we're so grateful we've had this opportunity and so many good things have happened in our lives.
We're as settled as we'll ever be here and are ready to move on to bigger and better things, in our lives, without changing our physical location. Why would we? We live in a traditional Spanish village, the beach is 20 minutes away, we're surrounded by beautiful mountains..... BUT - we want more!
We're happy with where we live but we've been so busy setting up a new business, settling the children in schools, learning the language (sort of!), etc, etc. We still have many hurdles and challenges ahead and we really wouldn't want it any other way. Life would be dull and boring if everything was perfect all the time.

- Intentions & Goals:
- Season 2 for me is going to be about spending 5 mintues every day appreciating and being grateful for what I already have. I do this most nights, before I go to sleep, but I want this to become a habit that happens every night.
The next 14 days:-
I also want to manifest enough money to pay all my bills up to date, before Christmas, and to be able to buy my children some Christmas presents. Yes, I said some Christmas presents - as of today they won't be getting anything and I don't want to ruin the magic of Christmas by explaining that Santa doesn't exist. He does exist and he will make sure my children have presents this year! I believe, I believe, I believe.....
I'd love some spare money to spend while my parents are visiting. They're staying in a hotel and it will be wonderful to spend days and evenings with them and not have to worry about the pennies.
Lastly, to spend New Year's Eve and New Year's Day at the hotel my parents are staying in.
To summarise, I want to have a wonderful family Christmas, spending quality time with the people I love most and not having my mind preoccupied with worries about paying my bills.
After Christmas:-
To continue to be grateful every single day and allow myself to be content with that without wanting anything more. It will be so refreshing to not want to manifest anything except peace of mind and tranquility.

"The tipping point" is the interesting idea that it doesn't take a majority of people to agree on something before the world moves in that direction. In reality, it only takes about 5% of the people to agree, before the world changes.

Wow! I haven't logged in for awhile because I've just been so busy trying to keep our heads above water and I've had little time for anything else. I was just about to login today and decided to calculate how many days I'd done and was amazed to see I'm already up to day 90!! Day 61, S1 - Kabbalah
I started the new Kabbalah Learning Centre course on 3rd Sept and so far it's been amazing. Difficult at times but also amazing - very difficult to describe really as during some of the lessons it seems very clear and at other times I feel completely out of my depth.
