Thank you for your lovely message. Yes, it is exciting to be back in Ibiza, especially since I'll be staying for a longer period this time. I'm so looking forward to teaching mindfulness sessions during the Yoga Teacher Training. I'll keep you updated on my Ibiza mindful adventures with blogs and photos. I've just started my season 5: live with an open heart (which I already started doing in season 4) . Very exciting.!

Fijn dat je mijn video kon zien! Raar dat dat niet lukt hier op de site....
Onder het genot van een kopje koffie gaan we het eens helemaal doorpraten, okee? Het is de moeite waard. Ik ben er nog steeds helemaal van onder de indruk... Het concept van visionboard is leuk in theorie, maar als het dan echt zo uitkomt... jee, dat moet ik toch wel even laten zakken.
