Wow, two icons of my youth are now gone. I was so sad to hear about Farrah. When I read the news today, I was sorry to hear that she and Ryan O'Neal; who I believe were soul mates didn't get the chance to get married. I remember when I was in the first grade and she was practically worship by everyone. I recall a fashion doll head of Farrah given to me as a gift that I just LOVED! I really thought she was cool. Good Bye Mr. Russell
I grew up in an all white neighborhood and during my youth, never knew of any black children other than those within my family. In 1980 another black family moved into our neighborhood by the name of the Russells. Unlike my family, they were church going people.

Day15 in 2009 and I am feeling FINE
Not much to say except, I've been feeling happy and excited the last few days. I haven't made any videos relating to CCOR lately. Nothing has come in my mind. I think I said a lot in my last video which I made after meditation. I haven't channeled any special energy lately to have any useful thoughts to contribute. There is a time and place for everything I guess.

First day of the year feeling 100% better but.......
I am wondering why so many people seem obsessed with wealth and material things who are around me. They talk as if these things are the most important things in the world.
I work in as a manager in an accounting department and I make a lot of money. I always have money and I spend so much money on my son that he is spoiled rotten. But does that bring me any happiness? Tuesday morning day #10 feeling like I'm coming down with the flu
Oh goodness me! I have to go to work and I feel it coming on....The flu that everyone was talking about yesterday. Stupid germs! I felt myself getting a little foggy headed last night. I can't believe I spent all the weekend and vacation safe in my home then go to work ONE DAY and the germs jumped on me real fast.
I have to go to work today. I do not like missing work. I will just tell them to stay away and leave me alone. I like working alone better anyway.

- Yes I believe you. It will take time for all of US. Try this Maria find a quiet time and place and talk to him, he can hear you his spirit is still here. He will not leave until you are ready to let go. Tomorrow about 4 or 5am look into the skies, and the brightest light you see that stands alone, toward the East, shining different than the others, that will be him. Talk to him then as well. Cry if you need to. It's all right. I've done it every night except last night, but I know he was there. I see him about 5am in the morning Eastern time. - You are so welcome Maria. The World is in pain over his transition so suddenly. Now we all have to think of the good times we shared together with him. He would want that you know. His Spirit will continue to live on in each of US. Try some Lavender Oil on your pillow and rub some on your temple before you lay down to rest.
