- I live in Portland OR area. A wife for 20 wonderful years and mother of 5. Soon to add another two through adoption. I am an advocate for foster children and children in general. My hope in life is that all children have a safe loving home. I am involved in the Heart Gallery, it is for foster children who are looking for adoptive homes. I am looking for an experience of change through 100 day challenge.

Greetings,
Today I start my manifestation for healthy weight. April 22 2008 to July 22 2008! So as I end today, I did good. I kept my promise to myself to ad hear to the program of my choice and I did YAY! I will post my first video tomorrow and check in weekly.
I also stopped drinking Diet Coke. I am just breathing through it. I have been blessed to have been watching Eckhart Tolle on Oprah and I am applying many of his suggestions when it comes to my overindulgence with food. I have to be hon… Continue
