Silent Illumination "Chan Practice" (Day 30)
Can't seem to be able to upload videos since yesterday, even can't embed videos from youtube...
Yesterday I did some fun brain exercises to distract my mind differently and the usual too :)
And read about meditation for performance.

Uploading Videos directly on NING
Hello everyone!
Just to let you know I decided to put more of my blog videos private, so I can have a bit more control of who's hearing the personal information I'm letting out there... They'll be private on youtube, and because youtube allows only 25 people to see private videos, I am also uploading them directly on Ning where only my "friends" will see them.... I want people doing the 100 day challenge to be a priority for co-creating wtih me. So add me if you're nont in my friends on here yet… Continue

I'd like to do mine... but on the other hand, I LOVE THE COLORS of Co-creating our reality, green blue and pink! I might do something in those colors.
