About Me:
Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. So never miss an opportunity. Never think "I'll do it later". Take giant leaps, not small steps. Twenty years from now you will be more dissapointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So stay awake to achieve your dreams! Create your ideal reality and live in it. Fuck what others think and do your own thing.

You know how it works; create the state within and master the internal world in order to master the external. Cultivate more compassion, altruism and appreciation.

Fear less. Expect more. Whine less. Breath more. Talk less. Say more. Hate less. Love more.

Be patient and persistent.

Precepts
-------------

1. Meditate for one hour every morning and one hour every evening.
2. Understand the law of change and its application to everything in nature, especially whenever fustration arises. Remain equanimous and observe.
3. Focus on my intentions (day dream/play it out in my head) deliberately though-out the day. But especially in the morning after meditation, during meal times, and after evening meditation.
4. Keep the intention to experience long lasting happieness and continually see things that please me and to be a master of the law of attraction at the forefront of my thoughts.
5. Abstain from intoxicating substances.
6. Refrain from sexual activity.
7. Keep on the moral path.. do not steal.. do not harm any beings etc.
8. Do not tell lies and avoid all ill will and animosity.
9. Do not care what others think. Do not seek validation. Everything your doing is for yourself, so take care of yourself first.
10. Cultivate appreciation and love. Think thoughts that are in line with this whenever possible. More over, help other people!
11. Drink plently of water and eat a healthy diet.


Daily timetable
---------------------

6.30 am - Get up, wake up, wash up. Understand Anicca. Intend to feel amazing; see things that please me all day; and always reach for the best thoughts available. Go though things I am greatful for.

7.00 am - Meditate. When your mind wanders bring it back and start again no matter how pleasing the thoughts might be. After stretch legs, realise the pain from your hip.

8.00 am - Breakfast. Porridge. Flax seed oil. Go through you list of intentions.

1.00 pm - Lunch. Flax oil. Go through list of intentions.

5.00 pm - Dinner. Go through list of intentions.

7.00 pm - Meditate. When your mind wanders bring it back and start again no matter how pleasing the thoughts might be. After stretch legs, realise the pain from your hip.

Intentions & Goals:
* I have found lasting happieness from within, totally independant from what happens around me. I feel such strong appeciation for sooo much thats around me, I never took the time to notice these things before. I am constantly in such a high and positive mood, always reaching for the best thoughts available to me, and always looking towards what I want with anticipation and true expectation. I am a master of the law of attraction.. of manifesting things I want in my reality. I have a dream life.

* Everything is so effortless for me, everything seems to come so naturally and easily.

* I have financial harmony and abundance in all areas of my life. My passive income provides me with more money than I need or want. I make $6,000 every month automatically through my websites. People look at my business and just think "wow! I wanna do that!" I've got real financial and time freedom, I can do all the things I want. Snowboarding with my friends, travelling, I can get a new phone, get some some boarding gear, get a motorbike, get my own place, get braces, get new clothes and shoes. Whats more I am able to support my family, I want to by my mum a new car and pay off the rest of dads debts.

* I have a sexy lean and healthy body, nice healthy teeth, a full thick head of healthy hair, and glowing clear healthy skin. My diet is so good. My flexibility has improved so much, I can now sit in a half lotus comfortably. I have never felt so vibrant and healthy, I am full of energy all the time.

* I am charasmatic and funny and have the best friends in the world. I have a great social life filled with interesting, cool like minded people. I know I always have people to back me up and support me when I need them and even when I don't.

* I am a master of my mind. I have broken the old habit patterns that were limiting me and cultivated willpower, patience, discipline, compassion and appreciation to such sublime levels. I live my life moment by moment, ever present in the now.

Season 2 is kicking off!!

Tomorrow begins my season 2! This time I am better equipped and more determined ;). After I got back from India I went on a 11 day meditation course, which was just what I've been looking for, for so long.

To ensure my success I am going to put some precepts and plans in place. If I stick to these and keep them strong then I will be able to focus on my intentions much more powerfully over the next 100 days. I need to keep the foundation strong in order to make the building strong.

Story So Far

Im not sure what day I am on now... but the latest developments are -

I have cleared 1.5 out of 3 of my debtors.. so 1.5 to go. I am sitting in my new office now. I am just about to hit the $1000 threshold for my first paycheck from my passive income. Its not quite a wealth of abundance... but its certainly a breakthrough.

I have taken up hatha yoga too. Thats bout it for now x

Weak desire vs Strong desire

What do you do if your desire for your intentions feels weak......? I go from strong to weak to strong to weak.. but spend most of the time with weak desire. If I could just stay in that place of strong desire for even a couple of days straight I think I could achieve everything on my list. In a week.

Day 33

I've lost my job.. the contract ended, but have a new temp one anyway just because the manager liked me.. also have an interview for another job on monday. :D

I've paid off 1 out of 3 debtors :D.

My passive income is climbing :D

Im going to properly set up my web development, SEO and SEM company for local businesses and SME's really soon. I think I have my first customer too. :D

The attic is almost mine. :D

I might be getting a car in 2 weeks for a bargain price that I can sell on straight… Continue
