I hope all is well in your world. =)
I was preapproved for a home loan a couple of days ago. I'm happy that my credit is improving and I'm happy that I qualify for free money!!! (I have a clipping from a magazine ad at work that says: "Wow! Free Money!" Isn't that wonderful!) I need to speak with the lender about the grant, though. I'm unclear if this is a program that would end October 1st...that would suck, but hey, I know the Universe is conspiring in my favor at all time… Continue
