Season 3 is about New Beginnings and the journey I am taking, more than a list to check off, hence the Abraham quote I found. I intend to use this quote as my theme for the next 100 days. In that vein, I will focus on the "what's" and the "why's" of my journey rather than the "when" and the "how" in order to lessen resistance, create more flow and experience more JOY in my life.My primary focus and goal for these 100 days is to create the most magnificent version of Me possible.

- I am taking 100% responsibility for my life
- I am creating intentions - daily/weekly/as I go
- I am approaching this season of my 100 day challenge as an adventure and a journey to experience rather than a list of "things" to get through
- I am nurturing a more intimate relationship with my Higher Self
- I am exploring podcasting as a way to journal
- I am blogging and maintaining an online journal to supplement my podcasts
- I am creating vision boards and vision movies
- I am reading approximately 10 inspirational books
- I am meditating or quieting my mind at least 5 minutes a day
- I am incorporating EFT into my LOA practices
- I am incorporating affirmations into my daily/weekly practices
