my aim is to reduce weight with in 100 days to 65 kg my ideal weight.now i am 85 .so i have to reduce 20 kg
things to do
till nov 14 th
--no extra food,
from nov 15th onwards reduce 2 kg per wk
---1 hr exercise
----avoid i time food
---visualise new shape and benifits every day
