There are a couple of recruiters and job banks for cruise ships - allcruisejobs.com and cruiseshipjobs.com are good ones. You can also go to the cruise lines' websites directly (I'd recommend Royal Caribbean/Celebrity, Norwegian and Princess)... there are a million different jobs out there and I'd totally recommend it for the experience!
