30 pounds in 100 days is very doable.That is my goal, too! My biggest challenge is getting some exercise in. Funny, I don't mind exercisign once I begin, I acually like it!
Let's lose 10% of our weight at a time and support each other while doing it! It makes the journey seem so obtainable when you do it 10% at a time!

- I am on a healing path. I am on a learning path. I am on a path of gratitude and love! I've done done much healing work since becoming single again and am in the process of recreating my life! 100 days of focused manifestation is perfect to super-charge my Intentions!
I have 2 daughters, 16 and 20, who for some miraculous reason turned out to be sober, wise and amazing women who allow me to be part of their giggly, fun, creative lives. WOW!
I am writing a book on the body/mind/spirit connection based on a research I did for years. This is a project I MUST do, as it is coming through me, not from me. I believe it is divinely inspired. But its a challenge.....I'm not good at finishing things. But I WILL finish this!
I follow Native American spirituality and LOVE Nature! I have done sweat lodges for 14 years with a group called the Earth Tribe: earthtribe.com. We are open to ALL spiritual paths and experiences and knowlege. Its been the foundation of my present life!
I'm here because I crave focus. I've been in a state of shock and chaos since the divorce, even though its been a healing path as well. But now I'm ready to focus on productivity and continue my path of making a difference in this world. I know I'm not done yet !

Attitude of Gratitude.....tons of it!
Thank you to ALL who stop by to cheer me on, even though I'm a bit of a slug and not responding back. I've been incredibly busy making all these dreams come true, and have been putting off blogging. Wallowing in SUCCESS!!!
Intention is a REALLY powerful thing. All of a sudden, my dream of facilitating a conference is coming true! I have 5 REALLY powerful speakers, freinds of all types are jumping in to help. I LOVE this. THANK YOU UNIVERSE!!
