Well, at this point it is pretty apparent that I have retreated from posting videos. I received some unwanted attention on YouTube. Not mean stuff, just irrelevant to the 100 day challenge, and it turned me off to posting videos. Perhaps I'll come back, but if I do, I'll probably just post to Ning.

If this doesn't echo the comments about gratitude I received on my video yesterday, I don't know what does. I want to thank everyone who left me a note. I woke up feeling so much happier and more energetic today, and it's thanks to you guys. I intend to make a happy video tomorrow. XXX

last night i listened to a woman telling a story about coming out of a rough patch after her divorce. she went traveling alone for six weeks, with three rules to live by: get up, take a shower, and go out. it struck me as such a simple and powerful practice for dealing with depression and loneliness.
