This is great! It is also something that I recently come to realize as well. I also realize that if fear or the lower level energies shows up for me, I let it be ok (I acknowledge it) and from there I work on moving myself up the vibrational scale...

Wow Im amazed at how I reacted.
Well, I had an interesting day today. It started with an email from an old friend. Someone that I'm not at all interested in being friends with. Seems that she has not changed a bit. This I learned from the first few emails that went back and forth from my computer to her phone. She seeked me out after 15 years. She went on to say she emailed because she was thinging of me. GO AHEAD AND HIT ME WITH A BRICK
I was listening to one of Lilous Videos this evening. She reminded me of something I read about Sowing a SEED. Hmmm? Ok so when I think/speak my intention I am PLANTING the seed. I dont know who is watering that seed but I know its growing and once it is ready for harvest I will be there in alignment to harvest and sow the seed. Well, I have read this book THE SECRET over and over a mil and one times. I asked myself oneness with the Universe/Higher Power to give me renewed eyes to see something more. READ between the lines if you will.
Finding that I am in the process of pondering.

Good morning all, Today is a work day for me as I cant stand sitting around as my husband yells at the Football team on TV. thank you for your recent comment on my vid. The one question I do have is, did you severe all contact from all of these people? I mean this one particular friend is one that I don't believe is doing it consciously, she's just a bottomless pit of obsessive complaining. The ones that were actually maliciously draining me of energy were severed from my life and never spoken to again because they were nasty people. So, it's a little delicate I guess you can say.

- It went well. Thank you so much for asking. I saw some people I don't care for, but more faces than not were very friendly. My former boss tried to stay extremely formal as always, but I just just shouted out the first name with my "good morning". That's how it was easy to lay me off last year was by keeping everything very very formal. I decided before I went I wasn't going to play that game. I am surprised at how much anger I still have though. I came home with a tension headache that lasted two days. So that is something that I still need to work on...my anger. I got this fabulous book "Finding Your Own North Star" by Martha Beck. In reading it, I'm thinking that what I've been labeling as fear about teaching is really hidden anger about being in this unfair position in the first place. So I'm going to explore and try to resolve that. I will be going back tomorrow to sub for another teacher in that school. The ball is rolling...:) thank you again for your support...
