Sorry about the robbery Robin I think it's so disgusting. I 'm praying a hedge of Angels be round about you everywhere you go and any evil assignments against you be blocked. And that safety and peace follow you in all that you do. Blessings and C...

Chiropractic care can help with Scoliosis. I would suggest you look for an Upper Cervical Doctor. The adjustments do not involve cracking, popping or twisting. They are very effective in correcting the spinal subluxations. You can look online for an Upper Cervical Chiropractor in your area.

I am a vegetarian. I hope to transition to a raw lifestyle by the end od the year. I do not know of any books. I have the support of friends and family. You might try www.Sunfood.com. It's a fabulous site...David Wolfe is the superfood and raw man!

I hope that this helps.

Thanks so much for those books..Several years ago I wrote a series of poems called My Muse, His Muse etc......at the time it was about my boyfriend and I ressurecting our relationship. Now...more than five years later, I find my "muses" in everything. It's finding the time and keeping the focus! The CCOR site and the people I have met here, have helped excelrated the process . I have even found a way to include my Five Felines...Ok...going to look up that poem!

Hi Imani, you asked how I healed my back, ok, here goes;...I got Louise Hays, "You Can Heal Your Life" and looked up back pain....and a lot of it was right there along with good reprogramming thoughts for me and my back....but the rest of it was more fun...I kept talking to myself and my back about what was hurting in.... my life, about what I was afraid of, about any emotional pain and I had to let myself feel where it landed. This is a kind of strange two edged sword because often our bods take on the burden of what we are too busy to notice, but part of having back injuries is that you stop and I let myself grieve so hard over every disappointment that arose...this sight says to always reach for the most positive thought, well, in some cases the most positive thought really, truly is to allow grieving....I allowed myself every hard emotion that surfaced and finally I realized how very, very, very hard I had been working at life...I allowed myself to give me credit for huge effort during very difficult situations, I allowed myself to be exhausted, I allowed myself to be angry and envious of people who had it easier......and I realized that my back had been carrying the idea that even during years and years of shocking difficulty, I was supposed to come out always knowing, always doing it right and I wept for the little child in me who had been running impossibly hard ...and after all that releasing I saw how fragile, how strong and how ok I was and began the road of treating myself with the same kindness and gentleness I give others....then my back felt safe to begin to tell me what kind of movement it wanted...not should want...but my true want.
....My back didn't want me to force myself into a shape of someone else’s life...my back wanted to hold up a life that I would LOVE living! Xoxo please let me know what you discover about yourself....okay!?!

I Accomplished two of my intentions this week.

I haven't put all my intentions up yet, but I need to. I do have them posted on my vision board. My intentions were to become more active in the Arts community. Well I attended first friday open art galleries nite here in San Antonio. It was so inspiring, The colors, smell of oil paint. I went to so many cool galleries ,ate cheese and wine, had my nephews portrait done, found some cool tiles done by a local artist, I'm going to put them on the wall of the entryway to my home, it was great.
Last night I went to a poetry reading. And the poems inspired ideas for new paintings. I'm so pleased because I had become somewhat of a home body. I've got my creative juices flowing and my MOJO working.
Peace and Blessings to You all.
