My friend Mac invited me to join in on a 45 Day challenge... and it was kind of weird to me...kind of scary because...now I had to state goals for a 45 day period, and it kind of made me uncomfortable. Like now it was becoming somewhat "realer". Day 45 - Really?!?!?!

Whoa. It's funny how much time flies.

So I kinda had a poopy time in the last week, but with your help and the help of my other friends...I'm on my way in the flow again. I realized that I was looking for and looking at all the crazy news and all the negative stuff and not filling myself up with things that fulfill me... or good, inspiring thoughts.

I Remember when...

So I am utterly inspired by my friend Mackenzie... and how awesome that her manifestations are going and how things can turn around in a blink of an eye :-)

My phone was turned off yesterday, which was kind of a bummer, but it did give me great introspection time and time to be free from the ringing of the cell phone. I mean, some people take retreats for that kind of stuff right?

Hey guys -

I'm just reaching out and requesting some love and light sent my way.
