- I am a Spiritual Lifecoach and NLP Trainer with an interesting and varied past.... and future :)) I teach at the London College of Spirituality on Emotional Eating, Relaxation for the City Worker and Overcoming addictions.

- Intentions & Goals:
- My intentions at this time is earn an income doing what I love, and that's helping people to love themselves and be more of who they are.
I intend to become Britain's Next Top Coach, as I have entered the competition and enjoy all the learning and experience that comes with that.
I intend to honour my role as expert columnist for Positive Health magazine, because they love it when I channell articles for them and so I feel accepted and valued. I intend to attract more of being accepted and valued.. especially by me.
I intend to create a large base of clients at my practice at The Healing Pool in Second Life. Mainly helping people with stuck emotions and those wanting to generate more flow states by unlocking what is holding them back. I have developed a process for this which I intend to get 100's of positive testimony's as to its efficacy and accuracy. I intend to attract some volunteer subjects from this site to allow my process to diagnose and affirm what the need to do next to get clear.
I intend to get even clearer by creating more vision boards. My own next steps are planning and I am only just on the first rung of the ladder... taking deep breaths and one step at a time.
