- Yeah preditor is right. That is how we lost our lovebird, she was attacked by a husky of some sort. We were trying to save him for the winter and he just thought he was the Alpha pet of the house hahaha It's ok though, we made our peace with it and with the dog. :)

- Thank you. I have been in love with birds since Middle school, maybe about 6th grade when I was introduced to my first Parrots. I was glad when my sweetie had a natural love for them as well. hahaha right now we have 2 parakeets and a cockatiel...we had a lovebird but she passed away this past winter. :)

I haven't been as good as I had planned to be at writing my blog. I have been keeping a journal, but for the past few weeks, there has been construction going on in my house and my life is pretty disrupted. I have high expectations of this experience. I have needed something for a long time to reinvigorate my dreams and my life. Maybe this will be a catalyst for me and will start the chain reaction I need to make major changes and to bring the things I need into my life. I hope so. I am certainly ready!
