Hi George!
Just came across your blog! Hope all is well..we seem to have a lot in common, finding your soul purpose can be tough, I'm working on just that. The thing that helped me was my hard core prayers to God every night. Well, I believe he answered my prayer by sending me a guru. I had never meditated or even knew what a guru was until I met mine. God sent him to me to assist me with all my life struggles. So far it has been AMAZING!! I would suggest taking a few minutes each day and ask God or whatever you believe in and prayer hard for God to bless you with someone who can guide you through finding your souls purpose. You should visit Oprah.com and watch some of her Soul series videos, I believe it will help you;) Stay positive, you are already on the path of finding what you are looking for! Much Love and Blessings!!

Thank you for taking your time to read and comment on my blog post..your kind words and support are highly appreciated. In due time your purpose shall avail itself, i think we need to listen more, like you said, to our intuition and inner voice.
I will start each day with " I am grateful for the purpose which you (creator/God/ Universe) have bestowed on me." Our answers will come when we are patient right?

Namaste is a spoken greeting or salutation, it is commonly accompanied by a slight bow made with hands pressed together, palms touching and fingers pointed upwards, in front of the chest. We do it in yoga but it originates from India...The meaning behind it is the act of showing reverence to the other person, more like, "I honor the place in you in which the entire Universe dwells, I honor the place in you which is of Love, of Integrity, of Wisdom and of Peace, When you are in that place in you, and I am in that place in me, we are One."

Namaste ♥

hi george! it's nice to meet you! I was reading your blogs and i think the majority of the people in this world can relate to you. I've always had a desire to work in television but i didn't know exactly what specifically. So, I decided to pay attention to all the things that profoundly make me so happy. I'm begining to write them down so I can understand my true purpose in life. At the end of the day, I know God will guide me and put me where I need to be. Make sure to read my blogs on my page and let me know what you think. I'll chat with you soon:) blessings!

Be true to your own self

Hi, It's been quite long since I posted or logged in. I decided to refrain because I saw a lot of MLM people here, who all they want is to get more leads for their online business and I really didn't like it.
Now about my life, i think it's going good. I decided to travel more and meet more people from all over the world. It's an open minding experience. And as Buddha said, above all be true to your own self, that's the most important thing of all. You have to do what you like irrespective of ot… Continue

I think I am still at day 1

OK, I know I haven't blogged for a while, but as you noticed I keep reading your posts. There are days where I can't be grateful for anything. I have lots of things to be grateful for, that most people don't have, and yet, I keep focusing on what I don't have, instead of what I do have. I know that this is a no no. I have read so many books, I know all the techniques and yet it's still difficult to apply them. Sometimes my logic is black or white, all or nothing. If I can't have this specific th… Continue

Still searching for my life's purpose

I am 33 and still haven't found my life's purpose. I envy those people who knew from a very small age what they wanted to do and they have done it. I am still lost and don't know what I want to do. I have done numerous tests but still lost.
When I was little I wanted to change the world (who didn't?). I thought that if everybody was like me, the world would be better (What a fool!). Then I read what Tolstoy had said: "Everybody wants to change the world, but nobody wants to change himself" and i… Continue

The Tinman story

There is this scene in the wizard of oz where the tinman says to the wizard of oz: " I want a human heart so that I can love". And the Wizard of Oz replies: "A heart is not judged by how much you love, but by how much you are loved by others".
Just something to reflect upon

7 wonders of the world

Another nice thing I found and I share it. If you think about the pyramids and the great china wall you are wrong. The 7 wonders are:
1. To See
2. To Hear
3. To Touch
4. To Taste
5. To Feel
6. To Laugh
7. And to Love
Comfucius said "I was complaining I had no shoes until I met a man who had no feet"
Many times we take the simple things for granted and we forget that this is not the case for everyone.
So don't forget to put them in your grateful list.
Have a nice day!
George

Boy or Boy you are on a roll today Alek. My opinion is to keep that disease to yourself as not to bring about more of the same. Dont let the disease define who you are, past or present. Again another one of my opinions. Hugs Jilly
