I have a $10,000 Alltell Scholarship: I thank God for the scholarship. I see myself at the luncheon/dinner. My school expenses are paid in full.
I have a flatter stomach/toner arms and I have Lost 20 pounds: I pledge to engage in 20-30 minutes of cardio for the next 100 days. I thank God for my body. It is a truly precious gift. I will utilize visualization exercises to create my goal.
