One thing I do for myself is to listen to a relaxation CD, it is amazing how my mood will change after I have relaxed then I do a little meditation.
I would like to connect with people in my area who are in the 100 day challenge, specifically in the White Rock area or the Vancouver and lower mainland area.

I know what you mean about falling behind with painting. I have not been painting as much this season. But you can not force painting. Creativity goes in fits and starts at least for me. Even if I force myself to paint daily those days when I do that are quite mundane output.

Look what is happening in Honduras. Obama said that they are supporting President Miguel Celaya but He is giving money to the army in Honduras. They are cheating everyone because they don't want the Latin American countries get together.
