I also just returned from three days at the beach.
I don't have any pictures but it was lovely. I went there feeling seriously hurt and sad, but I pulled out of it and left feeling joyous. My kids had a good time and all I can say for certain is that I want to go back.

Following the heart
Finding a soul mate, partner and true love is a very important goal of mine and has been since my first challenge over a year ago. Now I have my ex boyfriend back in my life and crazy in love with me and I am not even really sure how I feel about it.

Every week I am upping my game a litte.
I am going to add more practices to achieve my goals.
1. I need to increase and improve my Buddhist practice. I have been chanting about 75% of my mornings and evenings and lately, alone. I will seek out people to chant with and increase my time to a minimum of 15 minutes.
2. I will center and ground myself again. I want to be balanced and happy regardless of whether I am getting along with my boyfriend. I have already made huge leaps in this area in just one day. I hate to state that maybe I… Continue

I am back in school, and I have been hard at work with studying and keeping up with everything. I love learning, so it is right up my alley.
My am/pm meditations is great for me. It works because I wake early enough to really focus and get my day started. It helps to keep me focused and have a great day.
