it's been an interesting few days,
after having company and then all the temptations around Halloween, I feel like I'm finally back on track with healthier eating, moderation and exercise. Getting Back on Track

The Last couple of days have been good, I'm starting to get back on track with health and today I'm going to do a deep meditation around career goals, I'm starting to realize that there are really specific times when I shouldn't be trying to visualize because I'm not clear on my intent. Blah....not off to the best start.

I've had company come to stay for the last week so of course it's a little harder than usual to concentrate on what I NEED to be concentrating on, the health and excersize side of things has definetly slipped but I still managed to work in some short visualization work before bed. Not "Officially" on the 100 Days until Monday....apparently intention doesn't need a calender.

I don't officially start my 100 days until Monday but already I'm seeing things happening. The first day I signed up here my music publisher contacted me to let me know that she has a big meeting this week with a potential artist and was going to shop a group of my songs to her first!

Right after that my producer who was taking a break from music for awhile dropped me a line to tell me he'd been listening to the demo tracks and was excited and inspired to get back to work...this morning he sent… Continue

Hi Dolores, you are wonderful! I saw you had some demos - from the vision board group - well it just shows you doesn't it! I didn't know we had such a talented singer - do you also write your own songs and music - if so - I'm very impressed.
