I think in the end I will follow your advice and get the book on paperback too. I just hope it won't take ages to ship it. I will also try looking for it at the mall first maybe I can find it in English, though I highly doubt it.

- was super pissed off that my life hadn't changed...but you know what? i didn't fully commit. I skipped a few days. Didn't do it on the days that I felt bad, which is really when it could have helped. So I'm going for it again. And on the days where I just can't appreciate? I'm going to open up "ask and it is given" find out where i am on the "emotional scale" and do a game that I can vibe with. Even if it's just meditating.
