I've been fortunate enough to have seen quite a bit of the world.
I have amazing people in my life.
Music is my first love and I'd be lost without it...
I work for an airline (can you say "travel benefits"?) at the moment, but I am applying for Master's programs in School Counseling.
I find great joy in motivating and inspiring others to live the life they've always wanted.
I prefer:
late nights to early mornings;
coffee to tea;
flying to driving;
laughing to crying...
unless I'm laughing so hard it makes me cry!

Hello, my darlings! So I JUST pulled this affirmation card right after I posted my Day 22 video! (Watch the video first then you'll see how cool this is!):
My Life is a Mirror
"The people in my life are really mirrors of me. This affords me the opportunity to grow and change."
So I guess I should feel pretty good that I have such amazing people in my life... I'm SO grateful for them!!!

Back after a not-so-brief hiatus....
Hello, darling co-creators! So sorry to have left you for a while, but my beloved white MacBook was stolen in April at a show. I was sans laptop for about 2 months and I just never posted again... It was a very tragic and traumatic experience, like a bad breakup. I did not have of my info backed up, so I lost ALL my pictures, my music (including original songs I was working on), notes from my grad classes at Columbia, lesson plans, contact info.... basically my whole life. Early morning thoughts... Season 1, Day 10 (technically)
It's almost 2:30am and I'm up because I had a Caribou iced coffee at around 11pm. Normally coffee does absolutely nothing to me, but tonight I'm up and very alert... and I'm believing I'll feel great tomorrow morning! :)

How I lost 4 pounds in ONE DAY!!!!
Something very cool I can't believe I forgot to mention in the video:
Over the past year, I've lost 40 pounds, which is amazing! However, I've found that in the past month or so, I've gained back about 5 pounds of it, but it fluctuates... I try to weigh myself every morning because it helps me maintain my weight. YESTERDAY morning I weighed myself and I was 4 pounds over what I was before those pesky 5 pounds showed up...
