- I am a positive, happy go lucky, analytical, spiritual (not religious), scorpio, who loves yoga...and my "main squeeze"!!! I am born and raised in Orlando Florida, 38 (almost 39) years old. I am living a life today that I really love!!! I always have (for the most part) and was happy most of the time, but now I really feel a whole lot more like I actually have a clue who I am and what I am about. I am open and accepting what my life was and is for me today here and now. I accept that now life is a lot different. I am so thankful for all the things I have experienced in life so far, even the hard stuff. It has made me who I am today, I am forever grateful for all the human beings (and a certain one in particular) who have shared and contributed to my life.

- My Intentions are to keep myself moving in a forward positive lifestyle. To continuously observe and focus my thoughts on ideas that will propel me in the directions that I know are best for myself and others....blah blah blah
Here are my real intentions (now that I thought of a few :-))
I intend to drink lots of water!!!
I intend to spend more time with my niece (Jasmine)
I intend to learn more about the stock market and investing money
I intend to do a creative project (I have no a idea what at the moment)
or...I Intend to take a art class of some sort
I intend to do Yoga 3 times a week
I intend to do weighted exercises 2 times a week.
I intend to walk at least 1 hour each week.

- Vision Board, Journalography (Video Journal), Blogging, Gratitude Journal, Reading, Fitness, Meditation, Affirmations, Creating intentions, Brainstorming, Take 100% responsibility for my life

Happy Friday - Day 10
Good "Day" to all you cocreators!!! Happy Friday as we say around our office...Yeah!!! I am starting my day coming here to write positive good things to continue the flow toward me. Bought a book last night "Money and Law of Attraction" by Jerry and Esther Hicks, just got started reading it and also recently finished "Harmonic Wealth" by James Arthur Ray from the Secret. Day 9 - Hello

Especially now I find it so important to surround myself with positive good energy. Today and in the industry which I work somedays that is a hard feat. Today
Today has been pretty good. Didn't start off great, but just have to reinforce by thinking of what you want and turn it around and it works on the day to day little stuff quite easy. Interesting to notice little things like at work when someone calls at a certain moment that just confirms that power that is ours to access out there. We just have to be mindful of it. Hope everyone has / is having a lovely day!!!

Feeling blank
Hi everyone,
Feeling just rather blank today and over the weekend. Didn't even drop in here.
Had my 13 year old niece for the weekend though. Got her haircut and she looks terrific!
Meeting with my fantastic friend tonight, for our usual Monday night out. It keeps me grounded.
I am trying to figure out how to make a slide show on this site...haven't yet, but got some of my pic's on my page after all. Feeling low on energy and drive currently but just going with the flow. Getting my work done hap… Continue

What a lovely day it is! I am excited to have joined in the fun here for the 100 day challenge. I have been through alot the last couple of years, which has propelled me to reading books like A New Earth, Conversations with God, Harmonic Wealth...watching the Secret and What the Bleep. Thank you for your welcome and nice comments on my photos. Its kind of funny how it all happened - i took the shot of the ywllow rose and had so many commnets that in a fit of i dont know what one day , went out and bought a camera that has a lot more funciton in it than iI know how to deal with. I'm going through a "lean" phase now, I think others call it an "artisitic plateau", I'd call it I'd reached the buffers of beginners luck and now I have to go find out about real technique!! As for the artistiic business, there is a very funny story this. In my head, its about fabric, specifically art quilts. Now, i have never made a quilt in my life (much to the good natured teasing of my friends, who see me buy fabric left right & center,..!!) but when it came to winning someing in a raffle at work, me who never wins everything actually won the big prize, - a small digi camera - this was after I had the big one, please notice, - worth about $200. It makes you think doesn't it - hmmm. what IS the universe telling me here??!!
However it should be noted that a few years ago a lady from the USA won the UK national quilt show with a quilt she'd made from ldigitial pictures kaliedescoped ad printed onto cloth ...so am not giving up on the quilting dream just yet.....
But it does make one think and wonder!!!?? Cosmic giggle on me!

PS looking forward to seeing your vision board, as some of these things are making me feel very vulnerable and exposed, like the concept of showing mine when its done. Its helpful to know that other people are new as well...
