Season 2
Starting Date:
May 1, 2009
Intentions & Goals:
I Promise myself:

To be so strong that nothing can disturb my peace of mind.
To talk health, happiness, and prosperity to every person I meet.
To make all my friends feel that there is something worthwhile in them.
To look at the sunny side of everything and make my optimism come true.
To think only of the best, to work only for the best, and to expect only the best.
To be just as enthusiastic about the success of others as I am about my own.
To forget the mistakes of the past and press on to the greater achievements of the future.
To wear a cheerful expression at all times and give a smile to every living creature I meet.
To give so much time to improving myself that I have no time to criticize others.
To be too large for worry, too noble for anger, too strong for fear, and too happy to permit the presence of trouble.
To think well of myself and to proclaim this fact to the world, not in loud word, but in great deeds.
To live in the faith that the whole world is on my side, so long as I am true to the best that is in me.

Bapaji's Guidence on Self Love

My beloved child, break you heart not longer.
Each time you judge yourself you break your own heart.
You stop feeding on the love which is the wellspring of your vitality.

The time has come, your time to live, to celebrate and to see
the goodness that you are.
You my child, are… Continue

Manifestations are already happening!

I’m an extremely private person when it comes to my spirituality and my practices. I haven’t told anyone in my personal life that I’ve joined CCOR or that I’m planning on starting season 1 on January 15th. So when these same people start bringing me gifts that will aid me in my challenge, I’m a little bit awestruck.

I haven’t even completed my list of intentions. Thus far, I have a rough draft on a piece of scrap paper that’s wrinkled and has a coffee stain on it. I intend to drink more water,… Continue

Could this be LOA in action? Gratitude Dec. 28, 2008

Something that has always amazed (and scared) me with LOA is the old saying, “be careful what you wish for”. In recent days I’ve been putting together my list for my 100-day challenge adding to it, ‘more time with my boyfriend’ because we don’t see each other all that much. I’m a bit of a workaholic and he travels for his work all the time. Well, I asked and the universe certainly provided!

Yesterday, my boyfriend went snowboarding and one simple wrong move resulted in a dislocated shoulder. He… Continue

Daily Gratitude - Dec 26, 2008

It’s been a few days since I’ve had a chance to sit and write. And, in the midst of feeling guilty for not making time for writing, I’ve realized something significant. That the very things that have kept me from writing are also the same things I am most grateful for.

1. My job where I’ve been working overtime – being employed at a place where I actually don’t mind putting in the extra time because I enjoy the work and the people who work for me.
2. Christmas shopping, wrapping, etc. – having… Continue

Admittedly, I'm struggling (a little)

In preparation for my upcoming 100 Day Reality Challenge, I’ve begun to create my vision board. When faced with making a list of what I’d like to manifest in my life, I discovered that I was already content with my life and I had a difficult time figuring out what I want for my future. Perhaps I’ve just spent too many years living in the now. The majority of my spiritual journey thus far has been about acceptance and being grateful for what I have. Instead of focusing on what I don’t have. I rea… Continue

It happened for a reason

This morning I awoke to discover I had caught a cold and could barely get myself out of bed. This was my last day off before Christmas and I still have so much to do. Who has time to laze around all day at this time of year?! Certainly, not me! I had goals and tasks to accomplish today – this couldn’t be happening! (Fortunately it was.) While my mind believed that I would get a burst of energy at any moment, my body on the otherhand had other plans. As it turns out, so did my soul.… Continue

Hi Daniella. My name is Christa Ryan and I want to share a wonderful opportunity with you that may be of interest. I have a home-based business with a swiss-formulated, botanically-based skin-care, health and wellness company called Arbonne International.

I work full time for a financial planning company but I wanted some balance and financial security which is why I started my home based business. I am married and we have two teenage daughters and I want to be more present in my family's lives.

The products provide amazing benefits and results and the business opportunity is phenomenal. What I didn't count on and why I know this opportunity is for me, is the amazing personal growth and support I've achieved through this company and the wonderful women I now know and work with. We always say, "In Arbonne, you're in business for yourself, but not by yourself". We teach and train you to do what we do.

Arbonne has a compensation plan that is second to none. We have people who have started their home-based business simply to make a little extra money and we have people who wanted to replace a significant income and everyone in between but those that have stayed and have become successful have one thing in common. . . they are happy helping other people achieve their goals and live their dreams.

You may be perfectly happy with what you're currently doing but if you'd like to hear more about this amazing, life-changing opportunity,I'd love to chat with you further about what Arbonne can do for you and your family. I also encourage you to check out our website at: www.arbonne.ca to learn more about our amazing business opportunity and our awesome products.

"You can have anything in life as long as you help others get what they want"

Have a terrific day. . . Christa
