Season One Overview

Lets see what I got done in my first season.


Season:
Season 1

Intentions & Goals:
I will weigh 145. I did not reach this goal I had a lot of resistance for this but I am starting over in Season 2

I will get a 4.0 in my Bio-152 class. I DID THIS!!! AND IT IS AMAZING!!!

I will exercise more. I did but not as much as i would have liked too

I will be back pain free. Amazingly on the days I did exercise I felt good, I just have to keep it up!

Day 46

I want to be sooo many things it can be hard to focus on all of them. For now should I just focus on one? Or take baby steps for all?
