well first of all do not worry about anything. Think of your ideal solution and go for that. i think it would be getting a nurse job in California. I would really take 10 - 15 minutes out to meditate on it. It seems simple but it clears your mind and helps you make decisions, the right decisions. I would also ask the universe for a sign if your meant to go back to NY and look out for it.
