I haven't blogged in a while. I've been really feeling positive changes in my financial situation. Here I am, end of the month and not under water financially. Little I know but what an impact it had on me...
I made my lunch to take to work today. Baked chicken breast. When lunch rolled around I thought, "I don't want to deal with dinner. I'm feeling a bit low energy and I'll have my lunch when I get home." I thought back and forth what to have and wher to go. Well I must say I've been on and off the wagon on several levels of late. First, I haven't blogged as much as I had hoped. Second, I've been in a bit of a negative headset and have tried to snap myself out of it as much as possible. Fear is a hard thing to calm.
