Thanks for the friend request and good luck on your journey! I found my soul mate about 13 years ago, when I gave up looking for him. It was the oddest thing. I wish for you all the happiness that John and I have found.

Relationship Status:
Married
About Me:
I’m 44 years old and I’ve been married for ten years to a wonderful man. He is my rock and my support. We don’t have any children, but have three extraordinary cats, each with personalities of their own.

I’m an artist. I struggle constantly with allowing the creativity inside of me to surface. I work in mixed-media. Mostly, I make collages and ATCs. During the last Challenge, I had a Featured Artist Show at the Redlands Art Association. I feel like the Challenge was instrumental in helping me have a great show. Currently, I’m taking a drawing class, something that makes me very nervous because of childhood issues. I’m trying to loosen up in my art and feel that this drawing class will help me.

In some ways, it seems that I’m just coming into the LOA stuff, and in other ways, it seems I’ve been dabbling in it all my life. I’ve had a couple of pretty powerful – but messy! – demonstrations. I’m famous for manifesting money through car wrecks. I’d like to learn to be a bit more deliberate with my manifestations. I recently purchased Rhonda Byrne’s “The Secret Daily Teachings”; I’ll be working through it during my Challenge to help me be more consistent in applying the LOA in my life.

I don’t work because of a disability. In theory, I know that I could manifest healing, but to be honest, I'm just not there yet. This is only my second season of the Challenge, after all! So instead, I'm trying to manifest SSDI payments. I have some smaller intentions to help me get used to this manifesting/LOA thing – things I can wrap my mind around, things I can believe in. Then, I can work on healing. I had my Administrative Hearing in December so I should be hearing something soon.

I don’t just want to manifest things. I want to create a life that is (to use Lilou’s word) JUICY. I want to be excited about every day. I want to live beautifully, to live out loud. There’s a snippet from an Indigo Girls song … poetry in motion … that’s what I want my life to be … poetry in motion. I want life to be meaningful and purposeful, full of rich and intimate relationships. Most of all, I want it to be something that, when I come to the end of it, I won’t regret the time I gave up for it.

I’m really excited about my Season Two of the 100 Day Reality Challenge. I planned my first season to support my Featured Artist Show; this second season has no specific purpose, so I thought I’d just join in with everyone else. I’m excited about the prospect of working on my Challenge with so many others. I think the combined energy of all of us working at the same time will be awesome!

Thanks so much to Sandy, Laura, and Lilou for setting up this site. And thanks to all my new friends for their support and encouragement so far. I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone better as we go through this journey together.
Season:
Season 2
Starting Date:
January 15, 2009
Intentions & Goals:
My intentions and goals are:

~ To be more fit. I go for a 20 minute walk daily. Daily exercise not only helps me be fit, but helps me feel better about myself and helps me to be more present in my day.

~ To manifest abundance. Money and other forms of abundance flow to me easily. My disability claim is approved in a timely fashion.

~ To build strong relationships. I make new friends and rekindle old friendships. Developing new relationships comes easily to me. My husband and I continue to fall more deeply in love each day. We share many passionate and intimate experiences.

~ To live in an attitude of gratitude. I keep a daily gratitude journal to remind me of what I already have.

~ To live more in the present moment and to be more focused in my day. I maintain the daily practice of Morning Pages to help me stay centered in my day.

~ To find a great place when my husband and I get ready to move. We find the perfect dwelling -- one that accepts our pets with no hassle -- at an affordable price in a wonderful neighborhood early in our search.

Season Two, Day 50!

Today marks the halfway point for many of us. I haven't been posting on a regular basis, because I've been busy watching my life process unfold and it's been so cool to experience! I've been riding high most of the time and just generally feeling good.

My intentions this season were more process oriented than product oriented, but even so, I've seen changes and manifestations. In the past, when I've started doing something and then gotten sidetracked, it's usually been fatal. It seems that -- a… Continue

Season Two, Day 25

Day 25???

I'm not going to say "Where did the time go?" because I know exactly where the time went. I am a bit surprised, however, to find that I haven't posted since Day Seven. It was never my intention (no pun intended!) to go this long without posting. Although not listed as a formal goal on my home page, I had thought I would post at least once a week to help keep me on track. As you can see, that hasn't happened.

So, what have I been doing since Day Seven? For the most part, I've been kee… Continue

Season Two, Day Seven

I probably ought to be posting more often, just to help me keep my focus and attention where it needs to be. But, like everyone else in the world, I've been incredibly busy. I mean BUSY with almost no time to call my own. I really don't like it when my life gets like this -- I tend to be more reactive and less responsive, less deliberate about my choices and activities. I've been doing really good about staying on point with the Challenge, though, despite my busy schedule.

I'm the treasurer (re… Continue

Season Two, Day One

Hello, all you Beautiful Co-Creators!

Today was a great day for me. I've not been feeling my best for several days, but today I felt significantly better and more energized. I think it had something to do with starting my Season Two! Today was actually the best day I've had in a while. I spent significant time hanging out with a friend and I talked to my best friend on the phone tonight. I got my intentions set for the Challenge and made tim… Continue

Season One Wrap-Up (Finally!)

It's been so long since I posted, that I'm tempted to skip it! However, I feel the need to say something about Season One before I start Season Two! Participating in the Challenge was a pretty amazing experience for me. I wasn't as active toward the end as I would have liked to have been, but I still benefited from the experience. I was so much more present during my day and more focused -- that in itself made the experience worthwhile, even if I didn't get anything else out of it.

I think my "… Continue

Hey there Cindy!
My challenge is going well..thanks for asking :o) I'm keeping focused on it and waiting for the little signs to show up. I don't have anything majorly challeging on there. I am trying to remember to blog at least every day and bring my thoughts to it as often as I can and also to look through my art journal/manifesting book. I think I'll add more to that today!

Cindyyyyy!! I'm so glad you wrote and that your back with your beautiful self! I have missed your energy. I decided to stop where I was in my journey and start on Jan 15 also. It was only a matter of regrouping for a week or so till the fifteenth so it all worked out. I figured with so many people focused on that date the energy would be so much stronger. I love this place! How is your art coming??
