Hi Catalyst Yogi,

How you doing?

I have a quick question. I was just watching one of your meditation videos. And at the moment I'm just getting over a cold, one of my nostrils are blocked.

And I noticed in the meditation you where saying breath in through your nose, out through your mouth. Being that my nose is blocked, is that going to effect the meditation?

After participating in a kriya last week - focusing on releasing old emotions around the spine -, I feel lots of space in my back and shoulders. Unforytunately, I also had dizzy spells. I went to see my physician and apparantly my balance is temporarily out of balance. I'm not dizzy anymore but do feel lightheaded, as if I'm floating. No yoga or any other excercise for me for now, but can you recommend any Kundalini meditation to help restore my balance?
