S1 D1: Decide on my goals and intentions.
I spent today thinking about my life and want changes I wanted to make and what goals I wanted to achieve in my life.
Then I made a list......
My Goals and Intentions
1. Get to goal weight of 10st 10lbs. - currently 11st 11.5lbs.
2. Get Active. - Run 30 mins every day.
3. Learn to love my job and be the best I can be!
4. Declutter my house and keep it clean and tidy.
5. Quit Smoking.
6. Lern to manage my stress…
