- I lost a dear friend yesterday. The sadness that I feel is palpable but the knowing that he is free of this body and in the non-physical is also real. Death is always a reminder to me that life is about finding joy. That is my goal today. Guy would have wanted it that way. You are missed my friend and mentor.
